One of my favorite buttons to program on the Wacom tablet is the Pop Up Menu. In System Preferences, go to Wacom Tablet and under Express Keys select one as the Pop Up Menu. Now the magic begins. Click on the Pop Up Menu button and program as many key commands as you want.Now when you click on the express key that has been designated for the Pop Up Menu, all your commands will appear under the tip of the pen. An amazing time saver. 

I have found that a lot of people own a Wacom Tablet, yet never take advantage of programming it to streamline your workflow. Here is a screenshot of one possible way of programming the express keys.
